◆視力検査，アムスラーチャート・Mチャート，OCTで経過観察する。

◆視力の悪化，歪視の出現・悪化，網膜外層の欠損や黄斑剝離があれば手術を考慮する。

◆併発疾患の有無・程度を詳細にチェックする。
