黄斑部毛細血管拡張症2型

●黄斑部毛細血管拡張症2型は傍中心窩の毛細血管拡張と網膜萎縮を生じる疾患である。

●近年の画像診断や組織学的所見からミュラー細胞異常との関連が示唆されている。

●光凝固や抗血管内皮増殖因子薬の有効性が示されていないことに注意が必要である。
