◆Defocus incorporated multiple segments（DIMS）レンズや高次非球面レンズ（HAL）眼鏡の2年間の近視進行予防効果は50％を超える。

◆DIMSレンズ眼鏡は中心窩鼻側の相対的周辺屈折誤差に応じてカスタマイズすることでさらなる効果の向上が期待される。

◆累進屈折力レンズ（PAL），DIMSレンズ，HALなどの特殊レンズ眼鏡を小児に処方する際は，レンズの下方偏位が生じていないか定期的に確認する必要がある。
