眼瞼下垂と乱視

●先天性眼瞼下垂と乱視を中心とした屈折異常の関係，および先天性眼瞼下垂のマネジメントについて解説する。

●先天性眼瞼下垂が乱視を有する割合は約20％であり，乱視の軸は直乱視と斜乱視が多い。
