緑内障眼における前房隅角の病態診断と治療介入

文献購入ページに移動 原発緑内障の3臨床病型において線維柱帯の未熟性は連続しており,原発先天緑内障,若年開放隅角緑内障,原発開放隅角緑内障の順に未熟性が低下して,より高齢になって緑内障が発症する。続発緑内障のうち血管新生緑内障,落屑緑内障の病態について解説する。古典的な隅角部位の手術である線維柱帯切除術は,いまでも進行期の緑内障眼には必要であり,その多数例での成績も大事な情報である。Minimally invasive glaucoma surgeryは結膜への低侵襲性で注目され,なかでも眼内アプローチ流出路手術は,緑内障早期に行える手術の位置を確立したといえる。また同じような立ち位置でselective laser trabeculoplastyも最近注目されている。
