白内障術後IOL眼の異常光視現象

症例

患者：70歳，女性

主訴：白内障術後に耳側視野の違和感

既往歴：右眼に翼状片

現病歴：1年前から右眼のかすみが強くなり，まぶしさも強くなった。近医より白内障手術目的で当院を紹介され受診した。左眼の白内障は軽度であったが，遠視があり浅前房でもあったため両眼の手術予定とした。右眼には超音波吸引術と眼内レンズ（intraocular lens：IOL）挿入を行った〔テクニス ワンピースVB Simplicity DCB00V 27.0D（AMO社）を挿入〕。手術は問題なく終わったが，患者からは術後早期より右眼の耳側視野に暗い部分があり気になるとの訴えがあった。
