小児緑内障に対する外科的治療アップデート

　小児緑内障に対しては原則，手術治療が第一選択となるとされている。近年，緑内障手術は多様化し，小児緑内障手術の基本である線維柱帯切開術でも選択肢が多様化している。また，濾過手術も同様である。本総説では，小児緑内障に対して多様化した緑内障手術の選択に関して筆者の経験を交えながら解説する。
