網膜下索を伴う裂孔不明の胞状網膜剝離の症例

症例

患者：62歳，女性

主訴：右視力低下

既往歴：視神経脊髄炎

家族歴：特記事項なし

現病歴：前医にて脊髄炎を伴うアクアポリン4抗体陽性視神経脊髄炎と診断され，ステロイドパルス治療を受けた。1か月後に右視力0.3（矯正不能）に低下し，右視神経炎の所見を認めたため，再びステロイドパルス治療を受け，右視力（0.6）に改善した。その2か月後に再び右視力低下を自覚し，前医を受診した。右眼に裂孔不明の網膜剝離を認め，精査加療目的に当院へ紹介となった。
