コンタクトレンズ不耐症を理解しよう

●コンタクトレンズ（CL）不耐症の主な原因として“contact lens discomfort（CLD）”が注目されている。

●CLDは「CL装用に伴う眼不快感」と訳され，CLの装用時に生じ，CL非装用時には症状が消失または軽減する。

●CLDは疾患名ではなく症状名であるため，ドライアイをはじめとした幅広い疾患により生じる。
