多焦点眼内レンズ

ここが変わった！

以前の常識

・多焦点眼内レンズ（IOL）ではハロー，グレアなどの光視現象を起こすため，適応は限定的であった．

・多焦点IOLは眼鏡なしの生活を目標とする手技であった．

・2焦点IOLは加入度数の違いにより使い分けていた．

現在の常識

・ハロー，グレアなどの異常光視現象を起こしにくい焦点深度拡張（EDoF）型レンズもある．

・多焦点IOL手術後でも，必要なら眼鏡をかけるスタイルを目標としてもよい．

・3焦点レンズ，または連続焦点レンズが基本的な選択肢である．
