文献概要
プロスタグランジン関連眼窩周囲症(PAP)は,プロスタノイドFP受容体作動薬によって引き起こされる,眼局所の副作用である。近年,PAPは線維柱帯切除術の術後成績に悪影響を及ぼす可能性があることが明らかになってきた。本稿では,PAPの機序やPAPが与える手術への影響などを解説していく。
