文献概要

●光干渉断層計（OCT）技術の進歩により，脈絡膜の評価は非侵襲的かつ簡便となった。

●OCTで脈絡膜を評価するには，深部強調画像（EDI）モードや波長掃引型OCT（SS-OCT）が有用である。

●OCTやOCT血管撮影（OCTA）を用いた脈絡膜血管の評価法が多数考案されている。
