上脈絡膜バックリング

文献概要

●上脈絡膜バックリングは裂孔原性網膜剝離に対する低侵襲手術法，特に強膜バックリングと互換性のある術式である。

●上脈絡膜バックリングでは，上脈絡膜腔にヒアルロン酸を注入することで脈絡膜を内陥させ，裂孔を閉鎖する。

●上脈絡膜バックリングは近年臨床成績が相次いで報告されており，今後術式として確立することが期待される。
