神経麻痺性角膜症に対する神経成長因子点眼液

文献概要

●神経麻痺性角膜症は三叉神経障害により角膜恒常性破綻の悪循環に陥る疾患で，遷延性上皮欠損や潰瘍を生じる。

●わが国での神経麻痺性角膜症の標準治療は角膜の自然治癒をサポートする治療法で，三叉神経機能不全を改善する治療法は実用化されていない。

●欧米では神経成長因子を含有する点眼液Oxervate^®が上市され，難治性神経麻痺性角膜症に対する第一選択薬になりつつある。
