片眼の軽度隅角形成異常を伴う若年開放隅角緑内障の症例

症例

患者：18歳，男性

主訴：右視野障害

既往歴：アトピー性皮膚炎，そのほか先天眼形成異常・先天全身疾患なし

家族歴：父，父の母の兄弟が緑内障治療中

現病歴：8か月前から右眼の見えづらさを自覚し，3か月前に近医を受診した。右眼圧42mmHgであり，視神経乳頭陥凹拡大を伴う後期緑内障性視野障害を認めたため，ラタノプロスト・チモロールマレイン酸配合点眼液，ブリンゾラミド懸濁性点眼液，リパスジル塩酸塩水和物点眼にて治療を開始した。眼圧調整目的で当院を紹介され受診した。
