眼底検査で指摘された網膜色素上皮異常を伴う網膜白色病変

症例

患者：40歳，男性

主訴：右方の視野異常

既往歴：高血圧症，脂質異常症

喫煙歴：なし

家族歴：特記なし

現病歴：X年に眼科検診にて網膜色素上皮異常を指摘され近医眼科を受診した。右眼の後極部に白色腫瘤を認め鹿児島大学病院（以下，当院）へ紹介された。当院受診時の主訴は自動車運転時の右方の見えづらさであった。
