円錐角膜の進行による視力障害

症例

患者：20歳，男性

主訴：左眼の視力低下

現病歴：近医で円錐角膜の診断のもと，経過観察中であった。最近半年の間に明らかな左視力低下の自覚があり，精査加療を目的に日本大学医学部附属病院眼科に紹介され受診となった。紹介元の経過観察では，6か月で角膜の最大屈折力が1.0D以上増加しているとのことであった。普段はハードコンタクトレンズを使用していた。

既往歴：アレルギー性結膜炎
