医師の属性と仕事満足度の関連についての分析

要旨　医師の仕事満足度を高めることは，医療の質の向上という観点から重要である．本稿は，医師の総合的な仕事満足度を計測し，医師の属性との関連を明らかにすることを目的とする．2006年11月15日～11月23日にインターネット・アンケート調査を実施し，153名の医師から有効回答を得た．年齢，性別，勤務形態，従事する診療科，勤務地域の人口規模，仕事満足度および所得満足度（7段階Likert Scale）が質問された．開業医および200床未満病院の勤務医と比較して，200床以上病院および大学病院の勤務医のほうが，仕事満足度は有意に低かった．多重回帰モデルを用いたパス解析では，「勤務形態→所得満足度」，「所得満足度→仕事満足度」，「勤務形態→仕事満足度」および「診療科→仕事満足度」に有意な因果関係を認めた．今後の課題として，医師の満足度の内容をさらに多重的な尺度を用いて解明することが重要と考えられた．
