文献概要

●行動経済学では生活習慣の改善が難しい理由として，遠い将来やリスクに対する人々の特徴が重要であるとされてきた．
●逆にそのような特徴を利用して，生活習慣を改善させるプログラムも開発され，効果検証も進んできている．
●生活習慣への介入の可否を判断するためには，科学的な根拠に基づいた検証と共に，社会的な価値観に関する議論も今後重要となる．
