文献概要

●費用対効果評価のデータは，イギリス・フランス・オーストラリアなど世界各国で政策応用されている．使われるポイントは給付の可否と価格調整に大別される．
●効果のものさしに質調整生存年（QALY）を用いて，1QALY獲得当たりの増分費用効果比（ICER）を計算する費用効用分析が最もよく使われる．
●経済評価の結果のみで機械的に給付の可否や価格が決まるわけではない．アプレイザルの段階で他の要素も考慮されたうえで，総合的に判断される．
