●グローバル化自体には是も非もないが，もはや必然であり，それによって日本の医療の良い部分も悪い部分も増幅される可能性がある．
●日本の病院は，世界的にもトップレベルの医療を提供してきた．グローバル化の波に呑まれるのではなく，むしろグローバル化を利用して，世界の医療の向上に貢献することが期待される．
