新しい患者-病院関係　shared decision making

●患者と医療者の対話型コミュニケーションとして，世界的にシェアード・ディシジョンメイキング（SDM）が注目されている．
●SDMは，困難な課題に患者と医療者が共に向き合うことを通して，意思決定と合意形成の両方が並行する．
●エビデンスに基づく医療（EBM）の要素として「患者の価値観」が含まれており，EBMの理解がSDMの理解につながる．
●インフォームドコンセントとSDMにはそれぞれの役割がある．
