海外におけるアウトカム評価の動向

●先進諸国では長年にわたり病院のアウトカム評価が実施されている．
●アウトカム指標は，死亡率，再入院率のほか，有害事象の発生率，QOLの改善，満足度や患者経験など，多岐にわたる．
●アウトカムデータの公開にはさまざまな課題はあるが，わが国においてもアウトカム評価の研究ならびに実践を進めるべきと考えられる．
