リハビリテーションにおけるアウトカム評価の意義

■はじめに
　アウトカム（帰結）評価を論じる際，二つの方向が考えられる．一つは，アウトカムを何で捉えるべきかという議論であり，もう一つは，アウトカム評価が現場でどう用いられるかである．前者は研究的側面の色も濃く，後者は医療施策とも関連してくる．
