Point
ワーク・エンゲイジメントはバーンアウトの対概念であり，活力・熱意・没頭から構成される．ワーク・エンゲイジメントの向上には，組織に向けたアプローチと個人に向けたアプローチのほか，仕事外の要因に注目したアプローチがある．職員や組織のニーズを考慮しながら，各アプローチを適切に組み合わせることが重要である．
