ダウン症候群に発生した精巣腫瘍

文献概要

症例は32歳，男性。生下時よりダウン症候群と診断されていた。左陰囊内容の腫大を主訴に当科受診。触診・陰囊エコーにて精巣腫瘍が疑われ，左高位精巣摘除術を施行。病理組織では，セミノーマ，pT1であった。明らかな転移を認めなかったため，追加治療は行わなかった。ダウン症候群に合併した精巣腫瘍報告例は少なく，本症例は本邦32例目にあたる。
