8．癌手術後のCT検査は必要か

1　はじめに

　癌手術後の再発や転移を定期的にフォローしていく手段としては，CTなどの画像検査や腫瘍マーカーを主体とした血液検査がある。しかしながら，画像検査もただやみくもに行うのではなく，個々の癌の特性を熟知し計画を立てて行う必要がある。そこで本稿では，泌尿器科癌のなかで頻度の高い腎癌，膀胱癌，前立腺癌，そして精巣癌に関してCT検査の必要性に関して検討してみる。
