術後cisplatin，VP-16による後療法を行った膀胱小細胞癌

文献概要

症例は74歳，男性。肉眼的血尿を主訴に当科を初診した。膀胱鏡にて左側壁に非乳頭状腫瘍を認め，根治的膀胱全摘術を施行した。病理結果は膀胱小細胞癌，単発であるがリンパ節転移を伴っていた。術後CDDP，VP-16の化学療法を施行し，10か月後の現在再発を認めない。
