高線量率組織内照射（HDR-brachytherapy）

要旨

　Stage B，C前立腺癌に対してわれわれの施設ではIridium-192マイクロ線源を用いた高線量率組織内照射（HDR-brachytherapy）を行っている。対象は108例で，Stage Bが82例，Stage Cが26例であった。ネオアジュバント内分泌療法を行ったのは44例であるが，放射線治療後のアジュバントホルモン療法は行っていない。治療後再燃と判断したのは9例であり，PSA failureの症例が5例（4.6％），Clinical failureの症例が4例（3.7％）であり，局所再発の症例は認めなかった。PSA非再発率は2年で96.3％，5年で89.6％であった。HDR-brachytherapyは重篤な副作用はなく，機能温存が期待でき，安全かつ有効な治療法と考えられた。
