内視鏡下腎盂切開術―小児における経皮的アプローチの実際

　要旨：内視鏡的腎盂切開術には逆行性のアプローチもあるが，小児に対しては主として経皮的なアプローチが選択されてきた。小児の腎盂尿管部狭窄症に対しては腎盂形成術が第一選択である。この手術の適応にあたっては十分に考慮し症例を選択し，術前に十分なインフォームド・コンセントを得ることが重要である。実際の手術にあたっては切開方法を工夫し，留置ステントの選択などにも注意する。
