限局性および局所浸潤性前立腺癌に対する放射線単独療法（原体照射）の短期成績

文献概要

　1999年6月から2002年12月までに当科で放射線単独療法を施行したT1-3N0M0の前立腺癌35例の短期的な治療効果を検討した。3年間のPSA非再発率は83.5％であった。PSA nadirまでの期間がPSA再発を予測する因子であった。前立腺容積は治療後明らかに減少しており，さらに排尿状態の悪化は認めなかった。合併症として頻尿，放射線性直腸炎を認めたが，いずれも軽症であった。限局性および局所浸潤性前立腺癌に対し放射線単独療法は短期的には有効な治療方法であると考える。
