膀胱癌―膀注療法と動注療法

文献概要

　膀胱癌の化学療法には，表在癌に対する膀注療法と浸潤癌に対する全身化学療法がある。膀注療法では抗癌剤よりもBCGの効果が優れているが，再発の低リスク群や副作用を避ける目的では抗癌剤が使用される。全身化学療法ではMVAC療法が標準的治療として行われているが，局所効果を高めたり，全身の副作用を軽減する目的で動注療法が選択される場合がある。
