膀胱癌―全身化学療法

文献概要

　現在，近接効果の優れたM-VAC療法が膀胱癌に対する全身化学療法として確立しており，膀胱全摘症例の術前化学療法としての有用性も認められてきている。しかし，副作用，長期予後の点では決して満足のいく治療法ではない。そのような状況の下で，新たな化学療法としてgemcitabinやtaxan系抗癌剤を取り入れた新たなレジメンが注目されてきている。適応症例と抗癌剤の選択肢が広がってきたことにより，近い将来には進行性膀胱癌に対して一律の治療を選択するのではなく，症例に応じて抗癌剤の効果を予測し，適応の判断や薬剤の選択をしていくことが必要になると思われる。
