大腸内視鏡下クリッピングにより対処した前立腺生検後出血

症例は，前立腺特異抗原（PSA）高値のため他院より紹介を受けた71歳と86歳の男性の2例。超音波ガイド下経直腸的前立腺生検を施行した。検査終了後，直腸から高度の出血を認めた。用手的圧迫では止血困難であったため，大腸内視鏡にて観察を行い，クリップを用いて止血した。クリッピングにより確実な止血が得られ，直腸出血の際には非常に有効な止血法であると考えられた。
