深部静脈血栓症の診断と治療

要約：泌尿器大手術症例では，高齢，悪性腫瘍，術中截石位，骨盤内手術，長時間手術など多くの静脈血栓塞栓症の危険因子が存在し，欧米では肺血栓塞栓症を含む症候性静脈血栓塞栓症は泌尿器大手術症例の1～5％にみられる。予防対策が最も重要であるが，肺血栓塞栓症の発症率，死亡率，罹患率をさらに下げるためには，ハイリスク患者に対して適正なスクリーニングのもとで，早期に確定診断を行い，迅速かつ確実な治療を行う必要がある。
