要旨：経尿道的膀胱腫瘍切除術（TURBT）は，表在性膀胱癌の標準的治療である。腫瘍の部位，大きさ，場所により適切な切除の順番を考える。場所によってはループを外筒より出し，外筒を動かすことにより切除するなどの工夫が必要になる。その他，手技とコツについて述べた。合併症には常に注意し，発生した場合には迅速かつ適切な処置をする。膀胱のどの部位でも，安全かつ確実に腫瘍を切除できる技術を会得する必要がある。
