浸潤性膀胱癌に対するcomplete TURBT

文献概要

要旨：Complete TURBTとは，visible tumorを完全に切除することである。適応は，浸潤性膀胱癌に対し膀胱温存療法を施行，Ta-1G3癌，second TURBT，膀胱温存療法後の治療効果判定などである。切除範囲は，腫瘍よりワンバイト外側の正常部位まで，深さは膀胱周囲脂肪組織をワンバイト（T3aの診断が可能）までとする。Complete TURBTの手術手技と治療成績を報告する。
