血栓症の予防対策―当科の方針

要約：静脈血栓塞栓症は近年，日本においても増加傾向であり，泌尿器科を含む外科手術後の発生率が欧米なみであることがわかりつつある。泌尿器科においては，高齢，前立腺癌を代表とする癌手術の急増，骨盤内手術，腹腔鏡下手術などのリスク因子が多く存在し，まずそのリスク階層化が必要である。そのうえで，本邦の予防ガイドラインに沿った理学的予防と抗凝固療法を組み合わせた適切な予防法を実践し，より多くのエビデンスを集積していくことが求められる。
