精巣鞘膜から発生した線維性偽腫瘍の1例

文献概要

　29歳，男性。右側陰囊内腫瘤にて受診した。精巣腫瘍を否定できなかったため，精巣摘除術を施行した。病理組織検査の結果は精巣鞘膜から発生した線維性偽腫瘍であった。
