骨盤内転移例の膀胱全摘除術

要旨　リンパ節転移を有する膀胱癌に対する膀胱全摘除術については賛否両論ある。しかし，近年膀胱全摘除時におけるリンパ節郭清の治療的意義について見直されつつあり，その郭清範囲や摘除リンパ節数についての報告が散見される。また，所属リンパ節転移症例に対する補助化学療法の有用性に関する報告も多い。この稿では所属リンパ節転移を有する症例に対するリンパ節郭清の意義や補助療法などについて文献的に検討を加えた。
