肺塞栓症の診断と治療

要約 : 深部静脈血栓が遊離し肺動脈で塞栓を起こした病態を肺血栓塞栓症とよぶ。この疾患群（静脈血栓症）は特に初期に診断されないと予後不良なことがあるが，症状，身体所見，スクリーニング検査では特異性が乏しく，疑わなければ見えてこない疾患といわれる。外科領域のなかでも泌尿器科領域では，骨盤内手術，悪性腫瘍に対する手術，ホルモン療法など，本疾患群の危険因子とかかわることが多い。本稿では急性肺塞栓症を中心に総論，診断，治療につき記述した。
