過活動膀胱の概念

要約 : 過活動膀胱は尿意切迫感を主体とする蓄尿症状により診断される症状症候群であり，ウロダイナミクスにより証明される排尿筋過活動の存在を示唆するが，他の尿道―膀胱機能障害に起因する場合も少なくない。過活動膀胱の診断においては適切な初期評価により，過活動膀胱と同様の症状を呈する他疾患を的確に鑑別・除外することが重要である。過活動膀胱の診療ガイドラインにより，過活動膀胱の的確な診断と治療が普及することが期待される。
