尿管損傷（他科手術時）

要旨　手術に起因する尿管損傷は，手術時に気づかれるものと，術後に判明するものに大別される。手術時に気づかれる場合は比較的迅速な対応が可能であるが，術後に判明する事例では症状により対応方法が異なる。また，損傷に至らなくとも狭窄を呈する場合があり，これもまた程度により対応が異なる。いずれの場合においても，D-Jステント留置などの保存的な処置で対応可能な事例もあれば，経皮腎瘻造設や開放手術を必要とする事例もあり，患者側の現症（体力，予後など）を鑑み，他科との連携をとりながら対応する必要がある。また，他科の医師に対する尿管の後腹膜化などの啓蒙活動も必要である。
