膀胱損傷

要旨　膀胱損傷の多くは鈍的あるいは鋭的外傷によって発症するが，骨盤内手術や泌尿器科的処置の合併症であったり，あるいは稀に自然発症することもある。膀胱損傷は泌尿器科医として熟知するべき泌尿器科救急疾患の1つであり，本稿ではその原因・分類，診断法および治療について概説する。
