間質性膀胱炎

要約：間質性膀胱炎は頻尿，膀胱部痛を主症状とする慢性進行性炎症性疾患である。病態はグリコサミノグリカン層の変性などが考えられるが，病因は解明されていない。診断は臨床症状と水圧拡張時膀胱鏡で行い，点状出血やハンナー潰瘍をみる。治療の第一選択は麻酔下膀胱水圧拡張術で，潰瘍群には経尿道的潰瘍凝固術も行う。抗ヒスタミン薬，アミトリプチリンなどの内服，DMSOの膀胱内注入なども行われるが，根治的治療はない。
