後腹膜に発生した線維腫症

　症例は23歳，男性。左側腹部腫瘤を自覚し，前医を受診した。腹部CT検査で左後腹膜に巨大な腫瘤を認め当科に紹介され入院となった。悪性腫瘍を疑いCTガイド下生検を施行したところ線維腫の組織診断であり，左後腹膜腫瘍摘出術を施行した。病理組織学的診断は後腹膜線維腫症であった。手術後4か月経過し再発を認めていない。後腹膜に発生した線維腫症の報告は少なく，自験例は調べ得る限り本邦8例目と考えられた。
