要旨：前立腺全摘の習得過程である術者でも，指導者のもとで安全に実践することができる容易な術式として，恥骨後式背静脈群結紮先行順行性前立腺全摘除術を紹介する。本術式では，術後尿禁制と根治性に影響する前立腺尖部処理を背静脈群と側方血管茎の血流を遮断した最終段階に行う。本術式の主な利点は，骨盤が狭い症例や前立腺周囲の癒着が強い症例においても前立腺尖部処理が容易なことである。
