腎・副腎腫瘍に対するラジオ波凝固療法

要約：最近，泌尿器科領域でも注目されているラジオ波凝固療法（RFA）を概説し，腎・副腎腫瘍に対する，筆者らのRFA治療の平均観察期間2～3年時点での検討結果を紹介した。腎・副腎腫瘍に対するRFAは，高リスクの患者にも安全に施行可能で，局所制御にも優れた治療法である。症例を選択すれば手術に匹敵する成績が得られるものと考えられる。また，合併症も少なく，何度でも繰り返し治療が可能であることも本法の利点である。
