症例

ミトタンが著効を示した悪性ライディッヒ細胞腫肺転移

文献概要

　症例は71歳，男性。2000年10月に右精巣腫瘍に対し右高位精巣摘除術を施行した。病理結果は悪性ライディッヒ細胞腫であった。同年11月，右後腹膜リンパ節転移に対し後腹膜リンパ節郭清術を施行した。病理結果はライディッヒ細胞腫の転移であった。2004年6月より肺転移が出現し，12月よりミトタン（o,p'-DDD）を投与したところ転移巣はほぼ消失した。
