文献概要

要旨　近年，国際的にも本邦においても，エビデンスに基づいた夜尿症の統一的な理解と治療法の確立を目指し，ガイドラインや治療戦略を作成する試みがなされている。今回，その中からInternational Children's Continence Society（ICCS）の用語の標準化に関する報告，Cochrane database，エビデンスに基づいた国際的治療戦略の報告および日本夜尿症学会の夜尿症診療ガイドラインについて概説する。
